Santa Croce was beautiful that September afternoon. Santa Croce is the burial place for the great and good in Florence. It is a beautiful church containing the burial places of Michelangelo, Galileo, and Machiavelli, Basilica di Santa Croce brings the heat as one of the most beautiful churches in all of Florence. This glorious church also houses an empty tomb designed for the poet Dante Alighieri who is actually buried in Ravenna.
