Acrylic On Canvas

60" x 72"

Overgrowth is usually an abundant, luxuriant growth over or on something else. It can be a tangle of growth occurring at the top of trees involving vines and branches. In this painting, it is a metaphor for the excessive desire for more of something that is needed (sometimes money). It is often motivated by naked ambition and greed rolled up into what current society deems as success.

This painting will be shipped rolled in a tube. It is signed on the front and back and accompanied with a certificate of authenticity. The canvas sides are painted a neutral tone to match the painting. Take the canvas to your favorite frame store and have them stretch it onto stretcher bars.

**If you live in Manhattan I will personally deliver the purchased painting to your home.
